How we work
We pride ourselves in offering active job search assistance to you, our client, if you wish to migrate to New Zealand and/or need employment in New Zealand as an essential part of your work or migrant visa application.

We are not a recruitment agency; recruiters are contacted by employers, usually from a certain city or region who seek personnel while we contact potential New Zealand employers directly on your behalf and we work nationwide.
We invite you to contact us with all relevant information regarding your education and professional background and if you wish to include your CV in Word format, please feel free to do so.

Once we reviewed your information, we will contact you and advise on the most suitable strategy to help you find employment with a New Zealand employer.

Finding employment in New Zealand is a step that often needs to be taken in the migration or work visa application process but usually it is not the first step.
To maximize your chances of success we may advise you to take other actions prior to a job search.

For all our clients we provide information on how to apply for visa as a free of charge service.

If you do not have a suitable CV and introduction letter to present yourself to New Zealand employers, we will make these for you. This service is included in our fee.

Once we helped you find an employer who offers you a position, we will help you to get settled in your new town or region by sending you a comprehensive information package, aimed specifically at your soon to be location to help you find your way in those difficult first months in a new country.

Our fee
To accommodate our clients, we offer three payment plans to choose from:

Plan A:

• Job Search fee: NZ$3,800.00, payable when signing our Authorisation Agreement upon which we can commence to work on your behalf;
• Should we not be able to book any job interviews in New Zealand for you within 3 months after commencing job search assistance on your behalf, we will refund you the fee that you paid us (minus administration fee of NZ$800);
• Upon your request, this plan can be extended to 6 months;
• No IF's, no BUT's and no small print. If we offer this plan to you, we are so confident that we can help you find employment that we offer a 'money-back guarantee';
• Plan A involves a full-scale and nationwide job search;
• This plan is best suitable for people with a rare profession or people who prefer a money back guarantee should things not work out.

• A non-refundable Job Search fee of NZ$1,800, payable when you want us to start job search assistance on your behalf;
• Plus NZ$700 when we secure at least one or several genuine job interviews for you on your behalf (we aim for as many interviews as possible);
• Success fee of NZ$500. This fee is only payable when our job search efforts have been successful and as a result at least one firm offer of employment is made to you;
• This plan is available to anyone, but has proven particularly suitable for most trade professions, healthcare professions, IT-ICT and Agricultural professions;
• There is no time limit on Plan B - we will continue to work on your behalf until successful or until all options have been pursued, or until you instruct us to stop;
• This payment plan allows you to spread the payments;
• Plan B involves a full-scale and nationwide job search.

• Our fee is NZ$800.00 job search fee (non-refundable), payable when you wish us to commence job search assistance and is for a limited job search only;
• We will respond to publicly advertised positions only in your field of expertise;
• This plan is suitable for rare professions or for those who cannot easily travel to New Zealand to attend job interviews due to visa entry restrictions.
